Don’t be afraid to ask for references and if you are considering purchasing a foreclosure ask what kind of experience they have in dealing with these types of purchases. If the real estate agent you have chosen to work with deals frequently with foreclosed properties they will be able to get you a listing and maybe even the heads up on new properties that are going to be on the list before they get there. Las Vegas real estate can be a great money making opportunity but as with any real estate purchase know what you are getting, the current market value and the potential profit before investing.
